Actor Kristoff St. John is best known for his role as Neil Winters on the television show “The Young and the Restless.”  He has also appeared in “Happy Days” and “The Cosby Show.”

On Tuesday, he conceded that Michael Brown “may” not have been shot in the back. Nevertheless, according to St. John, Brown was “executed.”
