War on Women vs the War for Jobs
These two themes are clashing in American politics right now. It is the “War on Women” vs the “War for Jobs”.
The democrats are betting that the war on women will split women from the GOP. Its genesis comes from the Rush Limbaugh verbal barbs against Sandra Fluke.
The democrats have been tweeting on that issue.
The push back from the GOP has been to focus on jobs. Today many of their tweets were on that subject. They feel that families hurting from the poor economy is a bigger concern to women than social issues.
