Grammy award winning musician and producer Robert Glasper voiced some opinions on the historical racial divide in the music industry. A lot of artists will tell you that the corporate fat cats rob them of their creations and exploit them to make a buck. Glasper and many others see it not as a theft of an individual’s art but a theft of an entire culture. Clearly there is a black/white divide. What do you think? Does music have a race?
