For many people, pets are part of the family that their owners would do anything for. Bartender Christina Summitt was an animal lover. She adored her dog Tucker, so she had a paw print tattooed on her wrist. She was working when a couple she was serving noticed the mark, and asked her about it. Christina revealed then that she had a Great Dane-black Labrador mix … and he was sick.
Tucker had to have surgery after swallowing a hard plastic ball. She wasn’t sure how she would be able to pay for her pet’s medical expenses.
