As Twitchy reported, the “Friday Night Lights” author recently came out in support of Mitt Romney for president. The lifelong Democrat’s endorsement came as a shock to many, particularly in light of his earlier statements about the GOP candidate. Since he revealed that he’ll be siding with Romney, he’s been targeted by a barrage of insults from the Left:
