A new poll out from Public Policy Polling suggests that Ted Cruz’s Canadian birth might be a problem for the candidate on caucus day with 47% of Iowa Republicans saying someone who is born outside of the U.S. shouldn’t be allowed to run for president:

Could this be one explanations for why Cruz is in “free fall” in Iowa? Cruz’s lead is down to 0.5% in the Real Clear Politics poll average:
