What could possibly make Bill Maher less funny? How about another cheap shot at the Tea Party? Million-dollar Obama donor Maher is justified in expecting some return on his investment, but this is probably not the best time to troll those conservatives the IRS has admitted to targeting. The inspector general’s report didn’t mention “dumbass” or “cretin,” but it did reveal that providing education on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights was reason enough to flag an application for special review.
