Hillary criticized Bernie Sanders for writing a back-cover blurb on a book
One of the things Hillary Clinton attacked Bernie Sanders on at last night’s Democratic debate was that Sanders is somehow not a big enough cheerleader for President Obama.
Team Clinton continued that attack today with a Snapchat post going after Sanders because hewrote a back-cover blurb for Bill Press’ new book, “Buyer’s Remorse: How Obama Let Progressives.”
How desperate is she?
Others who blurbed the book might not be as easy for team Clinton to attack. Robert Reich, former Secretary of Labor under Bill Clinton wrote right underneath the Sanders blurb:
“In Buyer’s Remorse, Bill Press outlines why many progressives feel let down by the Obama years. On the one hand there’s a massive expansion of health care, more progressive taxes and a long economic crisis, but one nowhere as bad as Europe’s. But the 1 percent’s hold on the economy still stands, and we see stagnating or falling wages.”
Here’s the cover shot blown up:
Will Hillary Clinton criticize Reich, too?
And maybe Hillary Clinton should have read the book first before criticizing it. Every single one of Bill Press’ 10 topics is something that she herself said needs to be addressed by the next president:
Honest question for Hillary Clinton: Which item on this list did President Obama do a really good job on?
