WaPo gives its take on revived scrutiny of Bill Clinton, gets spanked HARD for living in the past
A tweet by MSNBC’s Chris Hayes about Democrats finally reckoning with the sexual assault charges against Bill Clinton started an avalanche of pieces on revisiting Clinton and his accusers in the wake of allegations against Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore. Vox, The New York Times, The Atlantic, Slate, and other outlets all have run pieces this week on Clinton.
On Friday afternoon, the Washington Post offered its own take, following Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand’s divisive comment that Bill Clinton’s resignation over the Monica Lewinsky affair would have been “appropriate.”
Abuse allegations have revived scrutiny of Bill Clinton — and divided Democrats https://t.co/T3SwvkuiDP

Check out the backlash the Post received over just that headline. While some in politics and the media might be having second thoughts about Bill Clinton, plenty are convinced that ground has been covered.
really thats the headline you're going with?

The press compulsively wants the Dems to be divided. Because they can't think beyond "both sides." Karen Tumulty is so old and tired she needs to retire. https://t.co/6YRg28Guck

STOP! Bill had his time – he's no longer in the WH. Let's focus on who's there now and his actions. Stop this mess #Wapo https://t.co/eOZCRBnGfM

Democrats have long since paid for Clinton's transgressions. They need to focus on the Pervert in Chief, Roy Moore and getting back the Senate and House, and stop infighting.

They're not infighting. This is bullshit I would expect from Fox News and NOT the Washington Post
— Nicole (@GirlyGirl694) November 18, 2017
Maybe not infighting but Gillibrand should have kept her mouth shut. They need to realize that the only way to get back Congress is to unify and try to have a coherent positive message.

The Bots are at it again and nice try but we are united.
