Canadian sniper sets world record after killing ISIS terrorist from over 2 miles away

Canada won’t release the name of the hero sniper, but they did say the shot disrupted an attack on the Iraqi military. From The Sun:
A military source told theGlobe and Mail:The shot in question actually disrupted a Daesh [Islamic State] attack on Iraqi security forces.
Instead of dropping a bomb that could potentially kill civilians in the area, it is a very precise application of force and because it was so far way, the bad guys didnt have a clue what was happening.
And keep in mind that the distance isn’t an estimate:
