This Little Piggy Was On His Way to Be Slaughtered. What Happened Instead Made Me Cry.
This little piggy was on his way to the slaughterhouse when something absolutely unexpected happened. He was involved in a serious accident, but instead of dying, it saved his life.
Yoda fell off of the truck and into the road, thankfully witnesses called animal control and saved little Yoda.
He ended up going to Wishing Well Sanctuary in Bradford, Ontario.
A day after being saved, Yoda began recovering. Although he was banged up, he was much better than he would have been at the slaughterhouse.
He even made a few new friends. The sanctuary plans on keeping Yoda, letting him grow up around loving children and other animals.
We’re not sure if pigs can smile, but little Yoda definitely looks like he is having the time of his longer life.
Who knew that a serious accident (that should have been fatal) would have resulted in this piglet’s freedom and happy life on a farm.
