Alleged Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has just been charged with conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction. But hey, it’s important that we don’t let that overshadow his achievements as a high school wrestling captain! At least that’s what this tweet by Luke Russert suggests:
Must read by @sipetethamel on how Dzhokar was a beloved wrestling captain in high school: sportsillustrated.cnn.com/more/news/2013… #Boston
— Luke Russert (@LukeRussert) April 22, 2013
For the record, the word “beloved” doesn’t appear anywhere in the article. Russert came up with that all on his own. How sweet.
Gross. RT “@redsteeze: Pass RT @lukerussert Must read by @sipetethamel on how Dzhokar was a beloved wrestling captain in high school:”

What is with this creepy need to humanize a monster? What purpose could it possibly serve other than slapping victims’ families and friends in their faces?
@lukerussert @sipetethamel Gentlemen w/ all respect I think most of us in Watertown are sick of hearing what a great kid he was.

That’s right. Martin Richard will never have a chance to go to high school.
.@lukerussert @sipetethamel Also – he set an explosive device right next to an 8-year-old little boy, grinned, and walked away.
