Ha! As Twitchy reported yesterday, Facebook is going public today at $38.00 per share.
If you were looking forward to buying a piece of Facebook, it’s going to cost you $38 per share.
The company announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 421,233,615 shares of its common stock just one day before the trading goes live on NASDAQ tomorrow, May 18th.
